Melissa and Aaron went all in with KJAD. We photographed their engagement session a while back, designed all of their stationery along the way, helped with coordinating their wedding and rehearsal, and then to top it all off we captured photo and video on the day of the wedding. Phew! And now we are at the point where we get to share their wedding blog and everything that went into making the day so amazing. Check out the Filipino “Cord and Veil” section of their ceremony… super cool… along with the ladies’ fans and the gentlemen’s barongs. Such great stuff. Enjoy!!

It was so great getting to be a part of a Whitewoods wedding with Hillary and John. They held their wedding ceremony pond-side out in front of the beautiful guesthouse. We ran all over the grounds of the old camp ground and spent the night dancing away at the stunning campground-rec-hall-turned-wedding-venue (it’s decor is right out of a wedding blog). You’ll just have to see it to believe it. We hope you enjoy a look at Hillary and John’s wonderfully emotional and beautiful wedding.

We always love getting to shoot in our hometown of Wilkes-Barre, PA. Especially when it’s at the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts! Heather and Matthew (a.k.a. the Dane) were married and celebrated in style… Art Deco style to be exact. With a live band, stunning backdrop, an open stage, and their names in the marquee, what more could they have asked for. We hope you enjoy their photos as much as we do!

Yay for our first wedding of 2017!!
The first wedding of the season is always exciting and much anticipated. It makes us feel like little kids on Christmas, and sets the mood for the rest of the year. So it was perfect getting to see some familiar faces for wedding numero uno. We met Kristen & Tibi way before their big day during their engagement shoot in New York City’s Flatiron District. Getting to see all of their plans and smiles come together so beautifully on their special day is the exact reason we love what we do. When there is so much raw emotion and appreciation to slow down and take everything in, our roles fall into place so gracefully. We’re more than grateful to be able to help make the magic happen.
Here’s to more smiles, more love, more special moments to share!
Congrats, Kristen & Tibi!

“Ain’t no party (wedding) like a Crystal and Jesse party (wedding)”… or better yet, “go big or go home”… either way, 22 of your best friends and family makes for one amazing time. Their wedding party was definitely one to remember in such a great way. We quickly got the day off to a great start with their street corner first look. As we set up everyone, we found out last minute that Jesse decided he would still love to wait to see his bride to be at their wedding ceremony. So, the fellas blindfolded him and we were on our way!
They decided to have their wedding at the classic Luzerne County Courthouse in the main hall. It’s such a stunning backdrop for a wedding. And just like Jesse wanted, he was able to see Crystal for the first time walk down the steps inside of the courthouse. Well worth the wait.
Photos in and around the courthouse and then a quick trip from downtown Wilkes-Barre to Sand Springs Golf Club in Drums, Pa. We ran around taking photos all over the golf course and then quickly got everyone back to the party. And party they did.

Alex and Jack’s wedding was held at Huntsville Golf Club in Dallas, PA, and it just happens to be one of our favorite clubs. Great clubhouse, beautiful grounds and an even better looking golf course. Complete with rolling hills, rustic stone walls, sweeping hills and valleys, there were so many nooks and crannies for us to explore. We don’t typically get the opportunity, especially on such a gorgeous day, to roam around the course, grounds and clubhouse for our photo opportunities for the wedding – First looks privately out front, family sessions on the back practice green, ceremonies behind the clubhouse and a bumping party under the stars and tent. It was such a great choice for Alex and Jack to enjoy their wedding day with friends and family… and they certainly did!

These two families really (- cue California Love by 2Pac) know how to party. Kelly and Alex tore it up with their friends and family at the Raddison Lackawanna Station Hotel. They began their day with prep and a ceremony at the station, left for a bit for photos with us and Izzie, their adorable pup, at Lake Scranton, and then returned to get the party started back at the station. Their reception had two killer speeches by not one, and not two, but three bridesmaids and three groomsmen. Total team effort. The ladies killed it and the fellas sealed the deal. The Heartbeats band kicked it up a notch and kept everyone on the dance floor for the remainder of the night. (“in the city, the city of Scranton” … ok ok, i’m done) – enjoy!
