Nobody loves as hard as Dawn and John do. We were so happy to be a part of every special moment on their big day. Although each carefully planned out detail was breath-taking, the happy couple showed everyone throughout the day that most important things are their friends, family, and all of the love they have for each other. Dawn and John had one of the sweetest No Look First Looks in Montdale Country Club’s gazebo. They invited their closest friends and family to join them under the gazebo while Dawn’s son and brother shared a prayer before the ceremony. Then, to start the ceremony at the country club’s stunning grove, Dawn’s maid of honor handed John a note asking him to pay attention to the song that Dawn will be walking down the aisle to. John’s reaction to seeing Dawn at the top of the aisle and hearing her voice singing is everything. The newlyweds make it clear how important it is to appreciate what you have, love with all you’ve got, and always have a good time.

And the Two Shall Become One… The ecstatic newlyweds, Jenelle and Michael, had such a magical wedding day. They first met each other while doing theater (#bowstovows), so their day was filled with picturesque landscapes, close friends with beautiful singing voices, and the biggest smiles ever. Our smiles were stretched from ear to ear, too, especially after their first look. When Jenelle tip toed up and tapped Michael on the back, she literally knocked the air out of him. It melted our hearts! Then, as if they weren’t already as close as they could possibly be after tying the knot, they got tangled up in all of the streamers that their guests popped at them during their recessional which made us melt even more. We hope you feel the same after a glimpse into their day.

KJAD wedding road trip!! Yay! This time we got to head a bit south to celebrate Lauren and Eric’s big day at The Phoenixville Foundry outside of Philadelphia. Finally! We’ve been waiting to shoot a wedding here ever since attending the workshop offered by The Hoffshop at The Foundry. What an amazing venue! Thanks, Lauren and Eric!!  We were especially excited for their big day after being a part of their summer engagement shoot last year in Hoboken, New Jersey. We are totally nerding out over Meg and Avi’s epic wedding, and every little handmade detail has us feeling blown away. The whole day was so unique and so true to who Meg and Avi are. They held a self-uniting ceremony that included friends and family holding up cue cards encouraging ‘Ooohs’ & ‘Aahhhss’. So cool! They threw out the table numbers and went as far as naming each table about a special aspect of their lives. Also, how often do you see a cake that showcases everything a couple loves doing together!? From Zelda to sushi rolls, Joseph Ambler Inn really brought Meg and Avi’s creativity to life in the form of a cake. We had such a blast being a part of this special day.

I’m pretty sure i need to preface this with – if you don’t know what LARPing is, go and google it, read up, and then head back here and be super impressed with this awesome wedding for Leslie and Mark. Everyone who attended this wedding completely decked out in the appropriate attire except for yours truly… turns out, I didn’t get the memo. I’m pretty sure though if I did, my cape would have interfered with shooting, but it would have been awesome for a few minutes to not be the fish out of water. : )
