Remember those awesome engagement photos at Wyoming Valley Airport…well Elena and Jonathon are back! Elena and her ladies started their day off with hair and makeup at Sapphire Salon in Pittson. As the morning moved along you could feel the excitement leading up to Elena and Jonathan’s first look. They chose to enjoy their private first look down by the riverfront in West Pittston where the couple shared their handwritten personal vows with each other. We then headed to the beautiful Saint Anthony’s Church for their traditional wedding ceremony.
McDade Park was the site that they chose for their wedding party and bride and groom photos. We even hiked up a massive set of stairs to get an epic hilltop shot of everyone! (Jonathon also showed us his killer ninja skills – watch their wedding video… It was hysterical!)
We finished up their day at their travel themed wedding reception at Via Appia. They had first class tickets for all the guest’s seats and a map of the word for the table numbers. They danced, partied, dined on amazing food, and had the best cake toppers ever! Quick scroll down to see what we mean.
Anywho… Congrats you two!

,Rachel and Casey enjoyed their wedding day in a private backyard fitted with a picturesque red barn, small pond, beautiful skies and even a bruiser of a rain storm. Which, when it zipped on through, left us with a beautiful sunset and rainbow. They chose to do a first look in front of the big red barn, and afterwards we zipped around the property capturing them enjoying their time as soon to be husband and wife.
Their wedding ceremony was sweet and wonderfully genuine – filled with smiles, nervous laughter, and a few happy tears. Their friends and family celebrated with them under a tent in the back yard and watched as the rain storm came rolling in. It was such a great day for such sweet people. Congrats to you both!

Maria and Jim held their wedding at rustic Friedman Farms. This location gives you the ability to make the interior space for your reception uniquely yours. It’s pretty much a blank canvas for you to adorn in all of your beautifully thematic and meaningful decor. And that’s just what they did. They decorated their space with family photos and keepsakes, beautiful rectangular flower displays set in a wooden log, large oak barrels, hanging baby’s breath accents, old wooden door backdrops, and even a custom lit up handmade sign to top it all off.
Maria and Jim begun their day getting ready in separate locations. Maria at here family’s home and Jim at Friedman Farms’ upstairs loft. And once Jim was all set, he grabbed his guitar for a last minute practice session, as he prepared a song for Maria set to be played later at their reception. He shook off his nerves and we got a private little concert.
Once they were both ready and at the farm we set up a First Look for the two of them on a small bridge just away from the farm. This gave us a great view of the farm and a nice setting for their private moment… although we are pretty sure the whole wedding party and immediate family joined in on the fun… which made it all the better.
After a quick photo session of the bride, groom and wedding party, we set up at their outdoor ceremony located on the grounds of the farm by a very large tree. Outfitted with old french doors covered in flowers, this became the perfect backdrop for their ceremony. Everyone was in place and just when the ceremony was about to begin, Maria arrived in a horse drawn carriage. Their ceremony was sweet and beautiful. Once they said i do, they both received another carriage ride back to the farm.
The reception was a blast… live music, great dancing, sentimental toasts, amazing food provided by The Epicurean Delight, and like we mentioned earlier, a performance by the groom just for his wife… and everyone else in attendance. Thanks for the great tunes Jim! Congrats guys!

Such a great day for two great people and their families! Joe and Michelle planned out such an awesomely relaxing, joyous day. We laughed… quite a bit… even during the ceremony. Turns out, the ring bearer found it way too hysterical when Joe and Michelle had their first kiss… like lost his mind hysterical. It was amazing. The rest of their day followed suit, as well… some laughter, some relaxing, beautiful weather at Francis Slocum, and time for the two of them to really just enjoy becoming husband and wife. Congrats you two… way to “engineer” such a great day. #theyengineeredtheirwedding
