It’s always fun getting to shoot in New York City, but it’s super rad when NYC poses for a photo. With The Big Apple as our backdrop, we spent the day with Lauren and Eric on The Hudson River Walkway. This time our lovely couple had home court advantage, so we got to see exactly where Eric proposed. The shot of their silhouette amidst the trees is where she said YES! We’re so looking forward to going back to visit them for their wedding.

Ahhhh, the great outdoors. Alex’s family’s hunting cabin, to be exact. It was super relaxing to slow down and enjoy the fresh air and unwind with Alex and Justin for their engagement session. These two are so down to earth, and we could tell how at home they felt with each other. We are so beyond excited to ‘catch’ up with them on their wedding day!

You want to know the best part about meeting super cool couples?… getting to meet their super cool dogs! We made so many new, furry friends this year. Yay! We spent the day with Kristen and Joe wandering around Wilkes University’s Campus. May days in downtown Wilkes-Barre are perfect for exploring every nook and cranny to find those cozy spots hidden away by the spring greenery.
We hope you enjoy their photos!

Ahhh.. a warm breeze, sand in your toes kind of engagement.. we’re always on board for that! Island Beach State Park was so quiet and relaxing. We wandered around some cool dunes without another person in sight. It was as if we had the whole beach to ourselves. We eventually made it back up to Seaside Park where Alyssa’s family has vacationed ever since she was a little girl. Peaceful engagement sessions are our favorite way to get to know our awesome couples. We hope you find a joyful calmness in these photos just like we did! Take us back to the beach!!

They, whoever ‘they’ are, say pregnant women glow, but Alyson was straight up shimmering like all of the stars on a warm, clear night! We’re betting it’s due to the fact that she’s expecting not just one little angel, but TWO! Yay twins! We spent the day in our studio’s neighborhood enjoying Wilkes-Barre’s relaxing riverfront while we got giddy thinking about getting to meet the twins soon. Shooting three people was easier than we expected! We’re so excited and honored to capture every big moment in their lives. Stay tuned!

We LOVE trips to Jim Thorpe! We also love good ol’ formal engagement session. Combine the two together and, VOILA, meet Kristen and Jeff! We spent the day taking in all of the autumn glory that the quaintest, cutest town has to offer. The conducter even let us hang out on the train for a few photos. Thanks, guy! The architecture and picturesque mountain sides always provide for such a romantic atmosphere. We hope you enjoy!

Thank goodness for semi-warm February days because they make for the best winter engagement shoots. Added bonus: THERE’S A DOG, and he has his own Instagram Page! What a cool d00d! For Mariah & Ryan’s engagement shoot we visited the slopes at Montage Mountain. There was a lot of laughing and a lot of love and even some startling (we apologize on behalf of the champagne for that). Be sure to check out Mariah jazzin’ it up in her mom’s baller mink coat. We cannot wait for their wedding!
